Our professional organizer will come to your home and suggest furniture placement for maximum impact and create a to do list with top priorities of areas to focus on.


2 hours/$150

Personal Staging

Done by our professional organizer with your furniture and items in your home. Hands on help from start to finish to get your home listed for top dollar. We declutter counters and walls, de-personalize the home and get it ready to sell.


$75 per hour per organizer

$75 per hour ~ 1 organizer 
$50 per hour ~ additional organizer 
$300 for 4 hours~ 1 organizer

  • Works great if you have a smaller project and not in a hurry 

$500 for 4 hours~ 2 organizers

  • Works well if you have a larger project and quicker deadline​

    Payment due at the end of session

3 or 4 hour minimum to schedule a session


Package Discounts
12 hour package-$850 (Save $50)
36 hour package-$2,500 (Save $200)

Packages must be paid in full up front to reserve session slot and receive bulk rate discount

Session hours and donation drop offs are deducted per organizer per hour from the package hours 

Payment options: check or bank ACH transfer through QuickBooks link (no fee) or credit card has a 3.5% additional fee

  • One-on-one decluttering and organizing with our professional(s)

  • A trustworthy and personable organizer to work with you

  • Personalized solutions that fit your needs

  • Travel within a 30 mile radius of Carlock, or Bloomington/Normal, IL

  • Supplies provided; bags, boxes, cutters, and tape 

  • Homework suggestions if requested and want to work in between sessions

  • Contact service providers-house cleaners, handyman, movers, etc.

  • Donation & electronic recycling drop off

  • Clear communication

  • 100% judgement free

  • Confidentiality
